Happy Gotcha Day!
Welcome Olive Julie, affectionately called “Ollie,” to the family. Ollie and Lancelot are fast friends and I can’t imagine a more perfect dog for me. Best Saturday of 2013. Perhaps the best Saturday, ever.
Draw me like one of your French girls…

Ein the corgi is a ham when it comes to the camera with her big smile. It’s always tougher for me to snap a shot of Scout smiling. I spend most of my weekends in Baltimore trying to get her to pose for my camera. Getting this shot wasn’t difficult though. Just trap Scout in a car and drive towards the dog park.
Once we pass into the neighborhood of Canton proper, she knows exactly where she’s going and her eyes light up and the tongue starts sticking out. Happy Scout is a happy Bella.
This is a happy puppy patiently waiting for a piece of bagel to slip out of my hand.
Hi Lucy! I see you! And no, you can’t have a piece of my bagel.
I once heard somewhere that the interwebz LOVES corgis. What I found was that everyone loves corgis.
So here’s Ein the corgi . She’s asking if you’d like to throw the ball again. And again. And again.
I can’t believe I know these fools. I couldn’t stop cracking up every time they showed either Willis or Josh names and underneath it, it said, “BEST FRIENDS.”
